The second phase of the World Summit will take place in Tunis from the 16th to the 18th of November 2005. During the first phase of the WSIS in Geneva, 2003 we operated the WSIS NEWSFEED and gained experience in offering a news service to everyone wishing to be kept updated on the World Summit.
